Ringtone
I purchased a tone from iTunes but it can't be found in my Ringtones. States that it is downloaded but I am able to press Download All but nothing happens.

Hello ~ Give this a try: *Settings* Sounds and Haptics* Sounds and Vibrations* Tap on Ringtone* Then tap on *Download All Purchased Ringtones* this should help. If not post back and we will keep working on it.
