Please can you confirm how I can remove boots advantage card from my wallet on my old phone. I no longer have the phone and erased all data. But the boots app wont let me add ut to my new phone as it’s saying it’s registered on another device.

Sorry it’s not a payment card it’s a store points card. The instructions are for the debit card
