Alarm clock is so bugged 9:30 alarm turn into 9:20 and it turn off itself at 9:20 if i stop it

Delete all of the alarms on your phone. Re-add the ones you need.
Note: if you have alarms that are close together and you snooze the first one, it may prevent the next alarm for making an audible alert.
