*82 designation

I have always had a number blocker from my phone so people who I called couldn't see my number. I've always used *82 to remove the block and the person I called could then see my number. However just last week Siri could no longer dial the number when asked. If I manually select the number it works but not through Siri. Any helpful go arounds?

Based on other threads I've looked at, the only way is to remove the prefix.
