iPad M1 12.9 and Magic Keyboard requires restart several times a day to get back cursor functionality

Cursor after undocking iPad from Magic Keyboard Folio is not working - only moves around the screen. Cursor doesn’t click, bottom drag or 2 finger scroll however Magic Mouse is working fine. It started with the latest update and the only way to fix this is to restart the device. I need to do it one or twice a day.

I am aware that latest 14.5.2 update brought universal cursor however iPad is my primary device and I have no use for it. Its seems though affected my Magic Keyboard Folio.
