I can no longer mirror the screen of my iMac desktop onto my Vizio TV. Both are on the same Wi-Fi network.

I have a third generation Apple TV box (2012) through which, until recently, I was able to mirror the screen of my iMac or iPhone onto my VIZIO TV and stream videos from the internet. AirPlay mirroring is no longer working. How can I reactivate it?

Start by restoring your modem, router, TV, and Mac. Then retest. If that fails please click Troubleshooting Airplay.

Well, although this is the Apple TV Hardware discussion forum (and you don't mention any specific Apple TV hardware device), I assume you're talking about the AirPlay 2 feature of your Vizio TV... Perhaps the previously-enabled AirPlay 2 feature on your TV became disabled for some reason (an update?). If my assumption about AirPlay-to-Vizio TV is correct, you should check out Vizio's web page on the topic: AirPlay / HomeKit Troubleshooting - Vizio TV.
