How Do I View, Disable IPv6 Address On Cellular and Link Local On My iPhone XS Settings

I was trying to configure an IPCam and I'm having problems getting control of it. I used Wireshark to find out what was happening. I see that there is an IPv6 Link Local accessing it. I do not have that configured on my iPhone XS, it has my iPhones routers WIFI Mac address on Link Local packets. I also ran an network analyzers on my iPhone and it came back with IPv6 Link Local, a Cellular IPv4 and three IPv6 Addresses that are in the Cellular area, not the Wifi part of it. Since the IPv6 is disabled on my router for troubleshooting I'm glad I do not see this in the Network Analyzer. But, I do see 3 Public IPv6 using Cellular and I would like to know how to disable this. I also would like to be able to find the activity of the Cellular IPv6 Address. Since it feels like someone is accessing my iPhone and has more control of it at times then me. Like they bring up music they want me to here. Gross. Type in text box and just a bunch more odd stuff.

Both pictures have the same amount of KB, this is another example of what they do.

Thank you,
