how to remove iMessage on mac

It's provided as part of the OS's installation and like other parts of the system, cannot be trashed.

Builtin Apps Cannot be Deleted:

There is no iMessage app on a Mac. If you are referring to the Messages app, then that cannot be deleted, being it is a builtin app. So, just don't use it, if you don't like it
