I have just set up my Mac Studio and have migrated my account over. 2 days in I get asked to reset my admin password and get forced to certain protocols. How do I stop this?! All the research shows we use less powerful passwords if we have to reset them all the time.
I sorted this before but forgot and can't find the articles on here to help.

Do you have a corporate email account set up on it? Maybe using MS Outlook?
Just what did you do to get the message to reset your PW?
What were the exact words in the windows saying to do the reset?
What do you mean by "get forced to certain protocols."?
It asked me to change my password to log in to my Mac and then told me how to format the password i.e. no consecutive numbers etc.
Is the machine tied to a corporate network or management system?

Oh there you go! I have a contract with Microsoft and use my ms email on there. Little buggers….. thanks it all makes sense.
