Problem with buying applecare+ It's not registering change of Country/Region

I'm not able to purchase applecare+. Billing information associated with my card should match the country used in apple ID. Apple ID was set on US and I changed it and set it on my country ( 🇬🇪 Georgia). The problem is it's still shows up as US on purchase page. Is there something I'm missing here? please help if you know how to solve the problem.
