How do i remove this xlsm cloud virus from my iphone x language Dutch

and i want to say This phone is verry hot , even after reset the temprature of it is like the phone went into a microwave also sighn of that its being zero day attacked over and over again at random times but yeah that what people wanna do to others nothing can do about it

thank for your reply i googled every single thing i could do and have done it , already checked there , this will stay unsolved for ever it is malware in my opinion some kind of zero day trick from years ago since i opend this in my mail then my mail into iphone and it hide and comes back stays there forever something in the cloud , i call this one zero day but thnx for the idea , the only solution is that i found is making a new email new phone everything but im not gonna do that so im infected for always until an update will patch /fix
