CoreServicesUIAgent won't stop verifying Microsoft Outlook

Hi,

A couple of months ago a UI window appeared saying "Verifying 'Microsoft Outlook'" that won't finish loading, only has a minimize button, and its stop "x" button doesn't do anything. I minimized it and tried to ignore it, but a second identical window just popped up. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? I tried force quitting chrome and outlook but neither worked. I also attempted using Malwarebytes Agent, but that didn't pick anything significant up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Something went wrong during an Outlook update. Delete Outlook and re-install it from the Mac App Store or from here:
