Hi krusssy,
Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! Great work troubleshooting so far. Since Siri is not recognizing your voice, give these steps a try in this order, even if you've performed some of them before. Be sure to test it out after each step:
- "Reset Recognize My Voice: In the Home app, tap Home
in the upper-left corner, then tap Home Settings. Tap your name under People, then turn Recognize My Voice off then on. Wait a few minutes before trying Siri again. - Restart the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that you use with "Hey Siri."
- Restart your HomePod mini or HomePod.
- Set up "Hey Siri" again: On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Siri & Search, then turn Listen for "Hey Siri" off then on, and follow onscreen instructions to teach Siri your voice.
- On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Siri & Search, and make sure that it's set to the same language as your HomePod.
If you have two Apple IDs in your home that have "Hey Siri" set up with the same voice, you might need to turn off Recognize My Voice on one account."
These steps are recommended to follow when Siri doesn't recognize you in the article Set up voice recognition on HomePod mini or HomePod.
Should the behavior continue after the above steps, contact Apple Support for further assistance: Apple Support.
Cheers!
