I have had my Iphone 11 for a couple of months, have talked to 8 different technicians and have one assigned to my case She is trying to help me gain access to the App Store so that I can acquire apps. I have spent an inordinate amount of time in sessions with the technicians. When I sign in to the App Store, it says that I have not purchased anything in the ITunes Store and that I need to press Review and enter my information. After doing this, the same notice appears - that I have not purchased anything in
the ITunes store. Enter my information and press review. Then the same thing happens over and over and over. After about two months of this, I think that Apple has a problem. They need a fix to take care of this.
