I can't find anything online about this limit?
I have found that the bulk number of invitations that can be sent is 25 and that the maximum number of pending invites is 100. However, what is the maximum number of people that can view a shared note/shared folder?

I spoke to Apple Support and they have no data or published limits on this; they simply don't know. It'll have to be resolved through trial and error.
