After a small bump my iPhone XR goes black and starts overheating

I've seen the article on how to force start and it has never worked in the three times it happened. It worries me because the heat keeps going up and it will damage the iPhone. In the pre virus two times it only worked after like 10 hours of no life and connecting it to the Macbook. if I connected it previously, it wouldn't work. Also in some of your suggested solutions says to connect to iTunes, which doesn't exist anymore, now it's Music app and it doesn't do what iTunes used to do after connecting the iPhone.

What do I do?

iPhone XR, iOS 15

No, you use Finder to restore it now. But given the issues you are having and the bump you mentioned I would click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page and start the service process.
