You'll have to buy from the official Apple Store for your country. Apple does not ship internationally.
If you want to buy from the Apple Store in the USA, you'll have to have a billing address and Credit card registered in the USA.
Also, the hardware for an iPhone is country specific and might not support other carriers data networks and other features in your home country.
