The contact's image does not appear full screen when they call me. I tried changing the pictures and all other methods but nothing seems to work.

Have you looked at Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls > Banner or Full screen
These two options determine the way an incoming call is announced.

Yes, the fullscreen option is selected but still shows the image as a small circle.
Same here. The contact’s photo does not appear as a a full screen even after doing all the settings as mentioned above.
Same here it’s not working all settings is set full screen but when someone calls it’s still not full screen
