Since updating my 2019 Macbook Pro to OS 12.3.1 my upload speeds have dropped from 50 mbps to 6 mbps or less. Any Fixes out there?

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS in-order to replace any modified, altered, removed or corrupted elements of the OS this software has inflected on this computer

This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.

Intego AntiVirus, McAfee, MacKeeper, Avast AntiVirus

Remove your current WiFi network and rebuild it. All you need is your network's name and the Password to set it up. MAC number too if you have MAC filtering on. MAC number/address as in Media Access Control; nothing related to Apple Mac..
Good advise from previous posting and try that suggestion before exploring the other
