My iPhone 6s has logged in the fraudster ID, please help me.

My iPhone 6s was logged in with the fraudster's ID in October 2017. Now that he's logged off, my phone is still locked. What do I do? There are boxes, cards and chargers, but I don't have the invoice, it's the Hong Kong version. I spent 5,000 yuan to buy it in relatives' homes over 16 years. I've tried this official many times, but I can't open it. I'm sad and I need it.

Hey 曲奇,

We understand you had unauthorized access to your iPhone 6s and Activation Lock was enabled, but you no longer have the receipt to show proof of purchase. If that's the case, you'd want to reach out to the original place of purchase to obtain it. Apple cannot assist with removing Activation Lock without proof of ownership or without the Apple ID information currently tied to it in iCloud.

Take care!
