My Apple Watch will not stop pausing while working oit

My watch will not stop pausing while working out, yes I’m actively working out while it happens. My other apple never had an issue

Apple watch I have had my apple watch series 7 since December however it keeps pausing itself during workouts. It doesn’t matter whether I’m on walk, other, or hiit, etc. it just pauses so often that I have to spend more time restarting than actually working out. Anyone in the same situation?
