I have had my apple watch series 7 since December however it keeps pausing itself during workouts. It doesn’t matter whether I’m on walk, other, or hiit, etc. it just pauses so often that I have to spend more time restarting than actually working out. Anyone in the same situation?

Brilliant, thanks! I’ve turned off the autopause and workout reminder for now. I’ll try on my next workout but hopefully that’s it! I wear the watch on my right wrist and the side button is on my sleeve.
