touchscreen responsiveness after replacement

I have an ipad which I recently sent for screen replacement via an extended warranty programme (Ologic)

When the ipad got returned to me i found it very frustrating to operate it.. as it always missed the first touch if I waited ~5 seconds between touches... I sent it for "repair" again and got the ipad back

no "fault was found"

I recorded the "fault" that they couldnt find

I messed with all the parameters thinking was some acomodation settings, but it was only when I downloaded a screen tester app that I realised this was the pattern.

I was wondering if anyone that has replaced the screen has ever experienced this type of issue?

No one here can help you.

We are, largely, just Apple product end users, here, just like you.

The ONLY thing you can do is contact the company that made the warranty repairs and explain your circumstances, again, since you have already used this warranty service.

Apple, itself, will NOT help you as it appears that this iPad was serviced by some other third party warranty repair service center.

Sorry & Best of Luck to You!
