my friends disable his phone and i restored it from itune but unfortunately his account disabled too. I tired to active account. 1method answer qustion but he cannot rememer the birth of his account and 2nd method send step to account emails cannot access because account disabled .. What can i do .... He has email and password and he can prove his identification
