A little bit. Most Apple power adapters meet the Level V efficiency standard. Some have the N mark although I'm not quite sure what that means as I don't see it listed in the standard Level I to Level VI table.

For Level V and a rated power output of less than 49W, it's supposed to use no more than 0.3W without a load.
