I'm trying to recover an iPhone after the password was forgotten and is now disabled. I've followed the steps to recover it multiple times and each time the phone turns off and completely disconnects from the laptop making me have to restart the process. I have gotten no where with the recovery process and don't know what I'm doing wrong.
