VPN set up

A few months ago I installed express VPN on my iPhone 12 Pro. it was working fine until a did a reset on my iPhone.

After I reset my phone - my VPN is no longer on my phone, and I don’t know how to reinstall it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I go about re-installing it?
