Voice recording

I wanted to split my voice recording in half so I could send it to someone bc it was too long, but instead I accidentally ended up trimming it. I really want the other half of the recording, and my phone didn’t back up after I recorded it. Is there any possible way to get it back??

I have deleted a recording from the voice memo app also the app was deleted is the there anyway to retrieve the recording back I have deleted a voice recording also the app was deleted is there anyway to recover the recording now

It looks like the trimmed portion is gone.
