I want to bring in an audio file from Loops but it is in the wrong key. Can I change the key of an audio file in Loop? I don't want to change the key of the track or project, just the Loop file.

You can transpose audio regions in the same way as midi regions. Just go to the region inpector (on the left of the Main Window) and set a transpose value. Keep in mind that all regions on the corresponding track will be analyzed (Flex Pitch) but only the selected regions will be transposed.
