iPad keyboard

I have a 5th generation ipad. I bought a magic keyboard and am unable to have this device recognized. Are they compatible?

My iPad is not recognizing my Apple Magic Keyboard. As of yesterday, my iPad was paired with my Apple Magic keyboard. Today is didn't work, so first I recharged the keyboard and it is at 100%. At the moment, it is paired with my iMac...but when I try and pair it with my iPad again, I do not see it as one of my devices. How do I repair it with my iPad. Before I connected it with my iMac - I did see it as one of my devices on my iPad, but it didn't recognize it for some reason. Thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

This Magic Keyboard is compatible - as long as your iPad is using a current iPadOS version.
