Touch Bar changes

The contents of the Touch Bar depend on context; also, you can change your settings in System Preferences->Keyboard->Keyboard. It is possible that the settings changed from "App Controls" to "Control Strip". Set them back to "App Controls":

As said it is context sensitive, make sure your video player has the focus, i.e., click in it while the video is playing.
