imac big image on the site

Good morning, i have one question if someone an help thank you!

I use IMac around 6 years old .

i use google and safari

when I open some internet site I can not reading because the are to big on the screen, the letters are big same like the screen…

i live in Africa can be the connection? Or is the IMac to old ?
