I did buy FPC the last days, slowly find out more and more how it works
Today I did add some sound effecet and found that all my music titles wich I had long time ago, even on previous computers not on the current one. are listed in FCP, not accesable but listed.
How can I clean up all this alld staff which FCP seems to take from somewhere magic.
my music folder is empty, I just deleted it to get rid of the old iTunes files.
This "Musik" links to your Music library automatically.
You don't unlink this, just don't use it. If you add something from the music library to a video, that is a deliberate action by you.
I don't see how this is related in any way to exporting to youtube.
In addition to what Al said:
You talk about sound effects and of iTunes music. These are different things things.
Please clarify exactly where in the FCP interface you are seeing the reference to this old content.
Here: I think I know the confusion, since iTunes is gone I did ignoer Music and iTunes videos on Mac. The iTunes folder is deletet but "Music" have shifetd this to somewhere else and still find the songs from my NAS.

hm, then I would like some option (in case there is one) to swich of this link to Music, need to avoid that I add some to a video which I later load to Youtube or wherever.
Can you tell us the File Path to where your sounds used to reside before you deleted them?
