My bedtime alarm goes off on my watch instead of my phone. I’m not even wearing the watch and I don’t have bedtime or whatever set up on my watch. My watch is charging overnight. So why is this happening? I’ve over slept cause of this

We understand that you want to use the Bedtime function but have the alarm sound on your iPhone as opposed to the Apple Watch. Do you have Nightstand Mode enabled on your Apple Watch? On your watch, go to Settings > General > Nightstand Mode, then turn off Nightstand Mode.
