Changing my region while annual subscription is on

Is there any way to change my region while an annual subscription is on? I already canceled it but I'll need to wait until next year for it to actually end.

Changing the region I have changed my living region. I tried to change the region on my phone, but it says I need to cancel the apple music subscription. I did that but my subscription just renewed in January for a year.. and now it says i need to wait until the subscription is over which is almost a year. Is there a way to change this. Thank you

Maybe you should contact Apple Support, and ask if they could do something about that.
