I cannot find "yas mall" in the Apple listings. These are international English-language forums and we, your fellow end users, cannot be expected to know every shopping mall in the English-speaking world.
The appointment process can be different depending on why you want an appointment, which we do not know.
REPAIR/SERVICE EVALUATION—If the appointment is needed for repair or problem evaluation, you start with the "Get Support" link in the upper right of this page. That puts you in the Apple Service "triage' syste. That system may determine you do not need an appointment and recommend something else like a ship-in repair.

Also be aware the all Apple Stores are very busy and, depending on location, the next available appointments may be weeks out.
