Microsoft solitaire collection does not load, it just hangs with a circling dot.

Having tried a reload, after deleting the app, and rebooting my iPad, then reinstalling, it works for 1 game, then reverts to hanging and failing to reload.

One is left wondering if this is a Microsoft server issue?

what is going on with McSolitaire - completely not functioning is there a fix to get McSolitaire back to working normally?
