How do I delete photos from iPhone WITHOUT deleting from iCloud?
Assuming you have iCloud Photos turned on already:
in Settings, General, iphone storage
Turn on "optimised storage "
Make sure you have enough iCloud storage and it sounds like 200GB would be the right minimum.

50 GB iCloud may not be enough. If it is then great or, 200 is the next option.
I only have 64Gb memory on my phone. Will the Optimized Storage help? Seems like you thought I had 200Gb in your suggestion.

Ah I see, I thought you meant the iPhone RAM, and you were referring to iCloud space, yes I have 200GB. So setting Optimized Storage will eventually help the iPhone gain some RAM to function?
It should do.
Just to be a bit nerdy, RAM and Storage are two separate areas of hardware, but yes you need 10% spare storage to function properly and optimise should sort that out.
