When I unlock my iphone 11 and let it sit idle for several seconds, it re locks. How can I change the time it stays unlocked?

How do I change the time that my iphone 11 stays unlocked? If it is idle for a few seconds, it re-locks itself.

Settings, Display and brightness . Auto Lock.

30 sec is the minimum but it will go to fade after about 15

I set mine to 2 minutes
