I have had this mysterious charge of $10,81 on my credit card statement for months now. FINALLY, I was able to find out how to get thru to apple (turns out I had to go thru my phone). Turns out, it is an HBO Max with Ads. I have NO clue how this was added. I pay for HBO thru my prime acct and have for months. My question now is...How do I (still) get thru to a person at Apple to discuss my issue?

One option: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

There is also a "Get Support" link at the top right of this page.

Subscriptions aren't usually refundable but you can try the following: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
