Apple Loops missing after 10.7.4 update

Just in the past couple of days, some of my apple loops are missing from the loop browser - not all, just some - if I had to guess, maybe 25-40% of them? They ARE still in the library folder of my hard drive, AND I can get to them in Garageband. Just not in Logic.

I've re-indexed a bunch, downloaded all content, even tried to dragforce the loops in to the loop browser - no luck.

Logic just updated automatically to 10.7.4 2 days ago, which may have something to do with this. Anybody else having this issue? I'm stumped and can't spend any more of my working time fiddling with it.
