Apple maps: cannot report bad location

The zip code on our house is wrong in Apple Maps. I've tried to go through the steps of reporting a wrong address, but even after clicking on Report an Issue, filling out the comments, adding a picture of the post office with the correct zip code and checking wrong address, I cannot send this, because Send is greyed out and non responsive. I'm running ios 15.5 on an iPhone X.

apple maps issue in Canada apple maps does not work good in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada sometime when you copy in an address with city and postal code, it kind autocorrects the address and changes it almost completely. anyone having this issue?

have you tried rebooting your device?
