I have a 18W USB C Fast Charger Plug that I can connect to the lightning port using a small adaptor. Is it harmful to use this on both my older iPads or is it it ok and safe to use? Takes forever to fully charge them at the moment. Thanks in advance.

It's perfect;y safe to do so. Those iPads will not fast charge however., they will charge at regular speed maybe a just a bit faster than with a 10 watt or 12 watt charger. But will not use the full 18 watts
