Apple TV being restricted for children

I just set up my daughters phone and added her to the family plan, how do o restrict what she watches on Apple TV as she’s able to watch what she likes. The phone is set up for her and her age.

Apple TV on IPAD Is there a way to limit the content available to view in Apple TV app under family sharing? I have limited the purchasing, and it's set to age 12, but do no want my child to even see Rated R movies available.
