I have run out of space on my32 mg iPad. I presume I need a new 256

How do I transfer 4.5 of photos to obtain more space or just purchase a new Ipad air?

If you purchase a newer and more capacious iPad, the transfer will either relocate local photo storage to the new iPad, or—when you use the same Apple ID, as would be expected—access the same shared iCloud storage, if or when iCloud Photos is enabled.

Apple makes this data transfer to a new device straightforward.


A 32 GB iPad is going to be fairly well stuffed for most uses, yes.
