iPhone Shoofing

So I'm having an issue where I'm being tracked by an ex-boyfriend who basically has hacked my account. I keep getting certain crash reports certain apps that I never installed suddenly appear when I adjust my settings they will automatically readjust themselves I cannot look up any website because when I click on the three dots on the right hand side of the link they all say the link to a weekly link page I have very long URL codes and I'm not sure what to do anymore
