Unable to drag audio regions in Logic

Hello, recently Logic started preventing my from dragging audio regions. I cannot drag them horizontally, vertically, into other track's region, etc. I have made sure Drag is set to "No Overlap", and I've even gone through removing the "com.apple.logic10.plist" file from the ~/Library/Preferences folder, and still nothing. Any suggestions? I'm running Logic Pro X version10.4.1 on Mac OS Catalina version 10.15.7. Thanks in advance!

Hi there, just a hunch (since there's no screenshot), is there a lock symbol visible on those audio regions? Like so:

If that's the case, you probably locked these regions to SMPTE position somehow. Quite easy to resolve: right-click and go "SMPTE Lock" > "Unlock SMPTE position"
