Safari message about encrypted connections?

I keep getting a pop-up message that tells me that Safari is using an encrypted connection to a web site. While that's nice to know, I don't feel like I need to be told that repeatedly. Can I change a preference somewhere to turn off this message? When I get it, is the right thing to do to just click OK?

No, I'm sure it says encrypted, which is part of what seems odd. Why would I care to be notified every time I visited an encrypted site.
