How to get through Activation Lock

My Ipad 3 is activation locked and I don't remember my apple Id or the password because it's from when I was little, and about a year ago it had got stolen by my sisters ex and I locked it using Find My IPhone and now I can't get into it.. Any suggestions on how I can unlock it? I also have no access of the Icloud mail so I can't get any mail to reset my password.
