screen recording does not record the screen

Hi Guy's, My screen record button works fine, it records the audio but the video is just a black screen - how do I fix? It used to work fine before all the new iOS updates........TIA

Just to add salt to the wounds and we prepare all our mobile demos, screen mirroring is black as well - not happy Jan!
